Special Fund

The Members Special Fund is established to assist financially ADLS members and their dependents in times of need and hardship.

To assess an application, the Members Special Fund Committee, in the strictest confidence, will request information setting out in some detail the nature of the financial difficulty. This information will include details on the applicant's income, liabilities and assets and an indication of what assistance is sought.

Assistance is generally either by an interest-free loan repayable by monthly instalments or, in special cases, a grant.

Please contact either the convenor of the Committee, Paul Collins on 09 307 9824 or pcollins@shortlandchambers.co.nz, or Krystal Marshall, ADLS on 09 303 5277 or krystal.marshall@adls.org.nz if assistance is required.
