Seung is a criminal defence lawyer employed at the Public Defence Service (PDS) in Hamilton. He represents defendants facing criminal charges and has a role of supervising and mentoring junior lawyers. He also sits in the Tenancy Tribunal as an Adjudicator on a part-time basis. Seung worked as a Crown and Departmental prosecutor prior to joining the PDS in Hamilton. He was also an instructor at IPLS teaching litigation modules of the professional legal studies course. Seung has Master of Laws (with honours) specialised in litigation and dispute resolution.
